Ordering

Order Cancellation

Our representatives will process your cancellation request and confirm promptly. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Policy

Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the following Monday. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before dispatch. All customers will receive automatic email notifications regarding order approval and shipping status.
Delivery Methods
EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking): For customers requiring expedited service, EMS Express Mail Service is available. Delivery typically takes 5-9 days from the date of dispatch. We provide a tracking code for all EMS shipments. The maximum delivery window for this method is 14 days.
Standard (Registered AirMail Delivery): Standard delivery via Registered AirMail takes approximately 14-21 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery is discreet, and packages are left in your mailbox. Please note that packages shipped by this service cannot be tracked. The maximum delivery window for this method is 30 days.
Large orders of more than 120 pills will be shipped in two separate shipments and may not arrive on the same day. Generic and brand name medications will also be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
Returns and Refunds
Our customers’ satisfaction is important to us. If your package is damaged, not as described, or does not arrive within the stated delivery deadlines, please contact our support team. We will review your case for potential reshipment or refund. Returns are generally not accepted for opened packages due to regulations and safety reasons. Please report issues within 7 days of receiving the shipment for eligible assistance.
